Invitation to Bid in a Competitive Challenge for a Luxury Mountain Resort Development in New Clark City
Pursuant to the 2018 Revised Guidelines for the Sale and Lease of BCDA Properties, the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) invites all interested private sector proponent/participants (PSPs) to participate in a competitive challenge for the long-term lease of a 450-hectare parcel of the New Clark City (the “Property”) for a Proposed Luxury Mountain Resort development.
The subject of the competitive challenge is the Unsolicited Proposal received by the BCDA for the long-term lease and development of the Property. The Unsolicited Proposal includes a Phase 1 development of the Property comprising one (1) 5-star luxury hotel managed by an international hotel brand, one (1) 18-hole championship golf course and one (1) Clubhouse.
Interested proponents may participate in the competitive challenge by purchasing the Terms of Reference (TOR) starting 28 June 2019 at the BCDA Clark Office located on the 9th Floor of One West Aeropark, Industrial Estate – 5, Clark Global City, Clark Freeport Zone, Mabalacat, 2023 Pampanga, Philippines, for a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP300,000.00), payable to BCDA in the form of a Manager’s Check. An electronic copy of the TOR will be made available at the BCDA website (www.bcda.gov.ph/bids).
A Pre-Bid Conference shall be held on 11 July 2019, 10:00 A.M. at the BCDA Extension Office. Submission of the Eligibility Documents and Financial Proposal shall be on 8 August 2019, 12:00 NN, at the BCDA Clark Office.
