CLARK DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (CDC)

The Clark Development Corporation (CDC) was created in 1993 by former President Fidel V. Ramos through the issuance of Executive Order No. 80. The CDC maintains the Clark Freeport Zone as a premier investment and business center, churning out big numbers in 2008 for employment with 58,000 jobs and for  investment commitments amounting to P13.11 billion. 

CLARK INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT CORPORATION

Corporate Office Building, Civil Aviation ComplexThe Clark International Airport Corporation (CIAC) operates and manages the Clark Civil Aviation Complex.  It houses the Diosdado Macapagal International Airport, which is envisioned to be the country’s premier gateway. CIAC was made a subsidiary of the BCDA byvirtue of EO 716, issued by President Gloria Arroyo on April 3, 2008

JOHN HAY MANAGEMENT CORPORATION

John Hay Special Economic ZoneOn June 29, 1993, former President Fidel Ramos issued EO 103 establishing John Hay Development Corporation, which was later on renamed as the John Hay-Poro Point Development Corporation (JPDC).

PORO POINT MANAGEMENT CORPORATION

The San Fernando seaport and airport were turned over to BCDA on February 1, 1997 and February 1, 1998, respectively. In 2002, President Arroyo issued EO 132 which created the Poro Point Management Corporation (PPMC). The Poro Point Freeport Zone used to house the former Wallace Air Station.

The Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) is a government-owned and controlled corporation, created by Republic Act 7227. It is tasked to expand and manage the Subic Bay Freeport and position it as a production and distribution hub in the ASEAN Region and decongest Metro Manila. 

FORT BONIFACIO DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION

Fort Bonifacio Development Corporation (FBDC) is currently developing the Bonifacio Global City as a prime economic district in the City of Taguig, Metro Manila.  The FBDC is managed by the powerhouse partnership of Ayala Land, Inc., Evergreen Holdings, Inc. (Campos Group) and the Bases Conversion Development Authority (BCDA).
