INVITATION TO AUCTION
The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA), through its Disposal and Appraisal Committee (DAC), is inviting interested proponents to bid for ONE (1) LOT OF UNSERVICEABLE PROPERTIES (Vehicles, Furniture, Office Equipment, Machinery), OFFICE SUPPLIES, and SCRAP MATERIALS on an “AS IS WHERE IS” basis, with a total floor price of Pesos: Seven Hundred Sixty Three Thousand One Hundred Twenty 00/100 (PhP 763,120.00), described as follows:

BCDA shall hold a Pre-Auction Conference on 18 June 2026, at 10:30 AM, to be followed by an Ocular Inspection at 1:30 PM at the BCDA Admin Office, Bataan Discovery Park (BDP), Morong, Bataan.
The Bidding Documents will be available to interested Bidders at the following locations indicated in the table below on 18 to 30 JUNE 2026 from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M, Monday - Thursday and 01 JULY 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM, upon payment of a non-refundable bid fee amounting to Five Thousand Pesos (Php 5,000.00) in the form of bank deposit, cash or cashier’s or manager’s check issued by a reputable domestic universal bank and made payable to “BASES CONVERSION AND DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY”.

The DAC Secretariat must receive bids at the BCDA Administrative Office, Bataan Discovery Park (BDP), Morong, Bataan, on or before 10:30 AM on 01 JULY 2026.
Late bids shall NOT be accepted.
The bid opening shall be on 01 JULY 2026 at 11:30 AM at the BCDA Admin Office, Bataan Discovery Park (BDP), Morong, Bataan. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend.

BCDA reserves the right to waive minor defects in forms and requirements, provided they do not affect the genuineness and authenticity of the documents submitted.
BCDA reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul or cancel the bidding process, to declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time before contract award, in accordance with COA-DBM Joint Circular 2024-1, dated 30 January 2024, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder(s).
