BMHI - BCDA Management and Holdings, Inc.
BCDA Management and Holdings Incorporated (BMHI) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of BCDA tasked to manage and/or provide technical support services to critical projects and activities of BCDA.
BMHI was created in 1995 pursuant to Republic Act No. 7227 (Bases Conversion and Development Act of 1992) and established based on the Corporation Code of the Philippines. Originally envisioned as a vehicle for privatization and development of several BCDA assets, BMHI is now mandated to undertake estate management, project management and other allied developmental services and functions, in line with BCDA's mandate of converting military reservations into alternative productive uses. Living up to its role, BMHI has been able to continuously provide quality, reliable and professional services needed and expected by its stakeholders.
