The BCDA pursued with vigor the construction of key road and rail network facilities that will decongest Metro Manila and more importantly, devolve economic opportunities and raise investor confidence that will result to the accelerated development of both North and Central Luzon region.
Through the construction of modern transport infrastructure, headlined by the 93.77-kilometer Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway, BCDA plays an important role in the achievement of the development goals of the Arroyo administration. Among these are the opening of new economic centers in Subic and Clark and the generation of 10 million jobs by 2010.
Side by side with these projects are outreach programs which highlight BCDA's firm commitment to address the needs of the local community, especially, project-affected families of BCDA's conversion and disposition efforts.
