BCDA PARTNERS WITH TOP REAL ESTATE DEVELOPER MEGAWORLD TO DEVELOP PRIME BONI PROPERTY. From left: Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) Chairman Aloysius R. Puno III sign the contract for the joint venture development of the 8.38-hectare North Bonifacio lots in the Bonifacio Global City (BGC). Megaworld Corporation was awarded the contract to develop the property under the Competitive Challenge of the NEDA Joint-Venture Guidelines. Megaworld’s winning offer for the property was P3.1511 billion. It committed from P15.6 billion to P20 billion for the development of the property into a mix use complex with predominantly residential uses.
