Formerly the 25-hectare Villamor Gateway Center, the Newport City is an integrated tourism estate adjacent to the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 (NAIA3).  BCDA and Megaworld Corporation are jointly developing the area to showcase not only world-class residential and entertainment facilities but also information technology and airport-related businesses.

The Newport City is now home to the six-star, luxury, all-suites Maxims Hotel, the five-star Marriott Hotel Manila, the sprawling entertainment complex Resorts World Manila and international cruise line operator Star Cruises.
