The 9.7-hectare Market! Market! is a mega-retail center  forged through a 25-year lease to Ayala Land, Inc. (ALI).  Located at the Bonifacio Global City, it is considered the first of its kind in the country, and allows traditional and nontraditional retailers and wholesalers to come together in an indoor-outdoor mall setting. 

As of end-2009, cumulative revenues for the lease of the area of Market! Market! to ALI yielded the biggest proceeds of Php1.901 billion.
