BCDA continues to develop and market Heritage Park, a 68.9-hectare multi-use memorial and public park complex at Fort Bonifacio. BCDA renewed the contracts of its accredited brokers for the project, namely, Garden of Memories Memorial Parks and Chapels, Rosehills Memorial Management, Inc. and First Mandaluyong Property Network, Inc. for the disposition of the inventory of Heritage Park Investment Certificates being held by BCDA.

Disposition of new inventories of investment certificates in the project’s Pavilion Terraces, Church Terraces and Angel’s Touch Columbarium have been approved, with Rosehill Memorial Management tapped as the exclusive marketing agent for the new products for the first six months.
