The BCDA prepared the terms of reference for the privatization and development of the North Bonifacio Lots through sale and/or joint venture in 2008. The 8.38 hectare property is located along 8th Avanue in the Bonifacio Global City. The property was a subject of another joint venture agreement with Megaworld Corporation.
