The BCDA remains faithful to its mandate of generating revenues for the modernization program of the Armed Forces of the Philippines and the development of Central Luzon through the disposition and development of former military baselands.

Since the start of its asset disposition program until 2006, BCDA has generated a total of P37.5-B from the disposition of Metro Manila Camps that covers sale, lease and joint venture partnerships with leading private sector entities such as Ayala Land, Inc. and Megaworld Corporation.

All these developments reflect the real estate boom within BGC and its environs which highlight the effective partnership between government and the private sector and the sustained investor confidence in the government.

BCDA's vigorous asset disposition efforts have successfully laid the foundation for the creation of a new bustling metropolis in Metro Manila.
