The Bases Conversion And Development Authority (BCDA) is inviting interested proponents to participate in the re-bidding of the property described below:

The Terms of References (TOR) and other bid documents will be ready for distribution to interested proponents on August 31-September 2, 2010 at the BCDA Corporate Center, 2F Bonifacio Technology Center, 31st St. Crescent Park West, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City. A non-refundable cost of the TOR is Php500.00 payable to the BCDA in Cash. If the prospective bidder opts to secure a copy of the TOR at San Fernando City, La Union, he/she must coordinate with Mr. Benjamin Galvan, Property Officer of the Poro Point Management Corporation. Issuance of the TOR shall only be done upon the payment of the prospective bidder of the non-refundable fee of the said amount, which shall be deposited to BCDA account number 116360300014 PNB, Villamor, Pasay City Branch also during the said dates. The proof of payment/deposit shall be faxed at no. (02)816-1030. The TWG of Disposal Committee shall advise Poro Point Management Corporation (PPMC) to proceed with the issuance of TOR to the concerned bidder upon receipt of the faxed copy of the latter’s proof of payment.
A Pre-Bid conference among interested proponents is tentatively set on September 9, 2010 1:30pm-3:00pm, at the BCDA office indicated above. The objective of the conference is to discuss the Dismantled 6x1-Megawatt Generating Plant Including Its Tools And Ancillary except some accessories that form part of the re-bidding, the TOR and other clarifications from interested proponents.
Schedule of bidding is set at 2:00pm on September 15, 2010 at the BCDA Corporate Center, 2F Bonifacio Technology Center, 31st St. Crescent Park West, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.
