| Pls fax quotation to 816-1030 or submit to BCDA Reception Area, 2/F Bonifacio Tech Ctr, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City. (see attached pro-forma Price Quotation Request-PQR- in Associated Components) The contract shall then be awarded on a per line item basis to the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bidder (LCRB) who was determined as such during the evaluation procedure. BCDA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the quotations to waive formally therein, or to accept quotation/s as may be considered most advantageous to the govt or to pursue appropriate legal action should the winning bidder refuse to accept the award without justifiable reason/s.
