Interested Proponents may purchase the Terms of Reference (TOR) for the privatization and development of these Properties which outline, among others, the requirements, procedures, methodology and criteria for evaluation and selection of proposals.

The TOR shall be made available to Interested Proponents from July 17 to 31, 2012 at a non-refundable cost as specified above, payable to BCDA in cash, manager’s check or cashier’s check.

A Pre-bid Conference, for each of the Property, among Interested Proponents shall be held at 10:00 a.m. on the dates indicated above at the BCDA Operations Conference Room, BCDA Corporate Center, 2nd floor Bonifacio Technology Center, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City. The objective of the Pre-bid Conference is to discuss the property, the TOR and other issues that may be raised by Interested Proponents.
