ASSET DISPOSITION PROGRAM – PHASE 3
The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) is inviting interested proponents to participate in Phase 3 of BCDA’s Asset Disposition Program (ADP Phase 3). This is the second bidding, after declaring a failure of bidding, for the disposition through long-term lease of the following BCDA-owned properties in Camp John Hay, Baguio City:

Interested proponents may purchase the Terms of Reference (TOR) for the disposition through long-term lease of the BCDA-owned units in Camp John Hay that outlines, among others, the requirements that will enable proponents to submit Letters of Interest and participate in the bidding process.
The TOR for the subject bidding will be ready for distribution to interested proponents from 07 March 2011 to 21 March 2011, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., at the BCDA office. A non-refundable fee of Two Thousand Pesos (PhP2,000.00) will be charged for the TOR and payable to the BCDA in Cash or Manager’s Check.
A Pre-Bid Conference among interested proponents is tentatively set on 21 March 2011, 10:00 a.m., at the BCDA Corporate Center, 2nd Floor Bonifacio Technology Center, 31st St. Crescent Park West, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City. The objective of the conference is to discuss the Properties, the TOR, and other clarifications from interested proponents.
